The Bluffs has been a positively wonderful experience for my sister, who moved into her apartment a few months ago. The staff at the Bluffs is welcoming, caring, and they genuinely have my sister's best interest as their top concern. My personal interaction with the staff has been fantastic, and I can't thank them enough for what they do and the positive difference they have made in my sister's life. I just want to close by adding in the word, Family. The Bluffs has treated my sister like she is family, and my sister feels like the staff and the other residents are family. I gave a lot of thought to where I wanted to spend the years that I have left. I chose The Bluffs of Flagstaff and moved in on the 15th of May, 2022. The brick-and-mortar is nice, and the location is great but what sold me were the kind and friendly people that make life not just livable but a joy to behold.
