EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT - OPERATIONS

GREG ANDERSON

Greg Anderson is Executive Vice President of Operations at Civitas Senior Living, where he conducts the overall operational management of its communities. This includes managing the regional teams and ensuring the company is providing employees a great place in which to provide the best possible care, while also running efficiently. He’s also responsible for ensuring the company continually improves its process without compromising the culture that makes Civitas unique.

In the workforce since 1992 and a project manager until 1998, Greg didn’t discover his true passion until he joined The Courtyards at River Park Senior Living as Executive Director in April 2012. That’s where he met the four Civitas cofounders and found his purpose. Greg spends most of his time with company leadership and its regional directors of sales and marketing, making sure they are fully supported in their roles. He also ensures each community team knows they can reach out with any needs or questions at any time.

Greg is grateful for the opportunity to grow with Civitas and see the company’s collective hard work have a positive impact on the lives of staff and residents, which he finds inspiring. He’s known for always being available and open when someone needs assistance or to talk.

Greg attended both the University of Phoenix and Southwestern Adventist University and holds a B.S. in Healthcare Administration - Long-Term Care. He also serves as Board Chair for Chisholm Trail Academy. When he’s not helping Civitas become more efficient without sacrificing its culture, Greg loves being outside, participating in physical activities, attending and serving his church, and spending time with his family.
