Chef Letty, honored as Civitas Senior Living’s 2022 Chef of the Year, pours her passion into every dish. Since joining Clear Fork in 2019 after owning her own catering business, she has dedicated herself to understanding each resident’s unique preferences, dislikes, and dietary needs.
Our dining experience mirrors that of a multi-star restaurant three times a day with a focus on freshly prepared ingredients. Specialized options for diabetic and other dietary needs highlight our dedication to personalized care. Beyond the main dining experience, we offer a cozy coffee shop for light snacks and beverages, a private dining room for special gatherings, and in-room dining for privacy and comfort.
