THE GRAND SENIOR LIVING NOW OPEN NEAR NORTON COMMONS IN PROSPECT, KENTUCKY,

Louisville, KY, March 3, 2020 – The Grand Senior Living, a new luxury community owned by Civitas Senior Living and Guttman Properties and managed by Civitas, is now open in Prospect, Kentucky. The community is located near the popular Norton Commons neighborhood.

Other distinctive touches found at The Grand include the Filly Lounge adorned with historic Kentucky Derby inspired accessories and pastel art by renowned photographer Wink Gaines, a framed collection of vintage bathing suits in the indoor pool, a vibrant display of Chihuly-like, hand-blown, glass art in the dining room, and 16 custom-designed living spaces featuring original artwork and one-of-a-kind accessories.
