Longview Senior Living Resident and Artist Honored with Special Day

Arabella of Longview resident Sarah S. is a member of the Art Throbs club and an accomplished artist. We all got together as a community, residents and staff alike, to honor her with a Miracle Moment filled with some of her very favorite things.

Sarah was surprised to see over 50 family and friends show up for a party in her honor. We dined on tacos, her favorite food, sipped fun beverages, and her favorite singer, Bob McClendon, provided the musical entertainment.

Sarah’s art was also showcased around the room for her friends and family to see. She’s truly a special talent!

We are so lucky to have Sarah with us at Arabella of Longview. It was an honor to celebrate this wonderful woman. At our community, we love filling out the activities calendar with unique clubs, events, parties, and more. Art Throbs club is just one of the many groups we offer. You can catch Sarah hosting art classes every Tuesday for fellow residents.

We also host what we call Miracle Moments. Our staff often picks a resident to live out their passion through the Miracle Moment program. It can be a party such as Sarah’s with loved ones, skydiving, two-stepping, marathons, or something else – we’ll make it happen!
