Celebrating Leadership and Community at The Bluffs of Flagstaff

At The Bluffs of Flagstaff, community means more than just a place to live. It’s a shared experience shaped by dedicated staff and residents who create lasting relationships.

Our Executive Director, Andy Auteri, leads this commitment to quality living. His leadership has strengthened our community and caught the attention of the greater Flagstaff area.

For Andy, joining The Bluffs of Flagstaff was the culmination of a long-held dream. He and his wife, Tess, always hoped to settle in Northern Arizona. After years of visiting from Phoenix, an opportunity finally arose that allowed Andy to combine his passion for senior living with his love for the mountains.

Since taking on the role, he has embraced the Flagstaff lifestyle. He brings a hands-on, family-centered approach to simplifying the journey to senior living.

Andy’s background in culinary arts and senior services gives him a unique perspective. From overseeing Meals on Wheels in Cincinnati to managing senior living communities across the country, his experience helps him connect with residents and families.

His goal is clear: to ensure everyone feels supported and engaged.

Andy personally meets with families during the move-in process and keeps them involved throughout their loved one’s journey.

Building a Strong Community

Under Andy’s leadership, The Bluffs of Flagstaff has become known for its events and strong resident involvement. Highlights include:

  • Soup There It Is: A winter cooking competition where residents taste and vote for their favorite soups.
  • Casino Night: A lively event that always draws a crowd.
  • Ladies’ Night: A spa-like retreat offering manicures, facials, and chair massages.

These events reflect the lively, welcoming environment at The Bluffs of Flagstaff.

Andy’s wife, Tess, is often involved in the action, helping at events and making residents feel at home. This level of involvement is just one example of how The Bluffs of Flagstaff focuses on creating a meaningful experience for all residents.
