Cooper’s focus is the overall operations of each Civitas community. His vast experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living operations fuel his decision-making in regard to our organization’s budgeting, revenue growth, quality control, program development, administration and employee development, environmental services, culinary services, and customer satisfaction. A Civitas family member since 2012, Cooper earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Lubbock Christian University in 2004 and his Master’s in Business Administration from Texas Wesleyan University in 2010.
